Can I view the limousine in person?
Yes just call us to make an appointment to view and truly appreciate the quality.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend you book as early as possible so as to avoid disappointment.
What deposit is required when booking a limousine for hire?
20% deposit is payable to secure your booking and payment in full is required 21 days prior to the day of hire.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes the 20% deposit is non refundable and if a cancellation is within 1 month of the day of hire the full amount is charged.
Do I need a credit card to make a booking?
Yes all bookings must be accompanied with a credit card.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Payments can be made using:
- Electronic Funds Transfer ( please contact us for bank details )
- Visa or Mastercard
- Amex or Diners
Are you Licensed and Insured?
Yes. Hastings 5 Star Limousines is a fully insured and licensed as Private Hire Car Operators. Whoever you choose for your event, please ask if they have these qualifications for your safety.
Can we bring our own music?
Yes you can and are able to connect your device to our system or bring a CD to play
Due to the size of the vehicle there may be times when it will not be possible for the vehicle to access every driveway, road or venue. The chauffeur will endeavour, where safety permits to access all venues. However if the chauffeur deems that the safety of the passengers or vehicle may be at risk then he has the right to pick up or drop off at the nearest safest location.
