Question: Can I view the limousine in person?
Answer: Yes just call us to make an appointment to view and truly appreciate the quality.
Question: How far in advance do I need to book?
Answer: We recommend you book as early as possible so as to avoid disappointment.
Question: What deposit is required when booking a limousine for hire?
Answer: 20% deposit is payable to secure your booking and payment in full is required 7 days prior to the day of hire.
Question: Is there a cancellation fee?
Answer: Yes the 20% deposit is non refundable and if a cancellation is within 1 month of the day of hire the full amount is charged.
Question: Do I need a credit card to make a booking?
Answer: Yes all bookings must be accompanied with a credit card.
Question: What methods of payment do you accept?
Answer: Payments can be made using:
- Cash
- EFTPOS
- Electronic Funds Transfer ( please contact us for bank details )
- Money Order
- Visa or Mastercard ( 2% surcharge applies )
- Amex or Diners ( 4% surcharge applies )
